Paper money, biao-li of silks and cloth, as appropriate, were conferred upon the Imperial army Battalion Commander Wang Hai (Alt: Jiang Hai) and others, a total of 95 persons, who had been commissioned to go as envoys to Sulu and other countries, and who had at this time returned.
