The envoy Ma Yong-liang who had been sent by Yang Wei-xi-sha, the king of the country of Java, and Qie-yang-le-cui, the nephew of the king of Champa and others who had been sent by Mo-he Bi-gai, the king of the country of Champa, presented memorials of felicitation and offered tribute of local products. A banquet as well as variegated silks and other goods, as appropriate, were conferred upon them.
