The Da Dian Postal Relay Station was established under the Lu-chuan/Ping-mian Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendency in Yun-nan with an establishment of one postal relay station master. The native person Dao Peng-qie was appointed to the post. This was ordered in accordance with a memorial from the pacification superintendent Chou An-fa (Alt: Dao An-fa).
