The Yun-nan deputy of the right Guan-yin-bao and the Administration Vice Commissioner Liu Che-che-bu-hua of the former Yuan court, as well as the chieftains Duan Shi and others, a total of 160 persons, who had been escorted by persons sent by the Southern Expeditionary General and [concurrently] Ying-chuan Marquis Fu You-de, arrived in the capital, and presented 170 horses. Paper money as appropriate was conferred upon them. In addition, clothing was conferred upon the family members of each of them. Subsequently, Guan-yin-bao was appointed as commandant of Jin-chi and the surname and name Li Guan were conferred upon him.
