Mao Bo-wen, Grand Guardian of the Heir Apparent, Minister of War and concurrently censor-in-chief of the right in the Censorate, was ordered to take on the management of the affairs of the Censorate. Bo-wen had been promulgating orders in Jiao-zhi and, at this time, the matter was completed and he returned to the capital. It was ordered that the Ministry of Personnel expedite his return.
