The king's uncle Sha-bu-deng-gu-lu and others who had been sent by Sha-ri-di-zhai (Alt: Sha-ri-di-qi), the king (Alt: duke = ) of the country of Champa, presented a gold-leaf memorial and offered tribute of local products. A banquet and rewards of variegated silks, silk gauzes (sha) and thin silks were conferred upon them in accordance with the precedents. They were also given brocades, silks and other goods to confer as reward upon their king.
