The attendant minister Jiu-bie-tuo-pu and others who had been sent by Pan-luo Yue, the king of the country of Champa, and... presented a memorial and came to Court to offer tribute of rhinoceros, elephants and local products. A banquet as well as paper money, biao-li of variegated silks, suits of clothing made from ramie-silk interwoven with gold thread, and other goods were conferred upon them. It was also ordered that Jiu-bie-tuo-pu and so on each take Imperial orders and biao-li of variegated silks to confer, on their return, upon their respective kings and their consorts.
