The Pacification Commission Associate Administrator Li Ru-hu and others, a total of 73 envoys and followers, who had been sent by Mo Mao-qia, the Commander of Annam, offered tribute. The Emperor sent officers to banquet them and accord them hospitality. Rewards in accordance with the precedents were conferred upon them.
