A gold dish for holding the memorial, which the country of Siam had brought to offer as tribute, had been exchanged by the postal relay station official Liu Ying-tong and others. The matter had already been handled and the crime atoned for. The Guang-dong/Guang-xi Supreme Commander Zhou Jia-mo advised.
