The Qian-guo Duke Mu Sheng, Grand Mentor and regional commander, memorialized: "The refractory bandit Yang He and others of Lan-cang Guard engaged in rebellion. I thus sent the Vice Commissioner-in-chief Mu Ang and others to lead troops to the Jin-sha River. They have already captured and executed the bandits. The remaining followers have been pacified and they have returned to their occupations."
