An envoy was sent to take Imperial orders to Dao Zhao-san, the Ba-bai/Da-dian Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendent; Dao Ba-gong, the Che-li/Jing-an Pacification Superintendent; and Dao Guang, the native-official prefect of Meng-gen Prefecture, all of Yun-nan. He was also to confer upon them brocades, fine silks and silk gauzes, as appropriate.
