In Jiao-zhi, seven salt inspection stations (批驗塩引所) were established at Tai-ping Bridge in Xin-an Prefecture, Hai-chao River in Zhen-man Prefecture, Da-an Sea-port in Jian-ping Prefecture, Ba-li in Qing-hua Prefecture, Qian-dong in Yan Subprefecture, San River Prefecture, and Ming-shi and Qi-luo in Yi-an Prefecture. One senior official post was established for each office.
