The Di-wu-la Pacification Superintendency was established. Previously, the territory of Di-wu-la had been occupied by Po-di-na-lang, the Da Gu-la Pacification Superintendent. At this time, Na-lan, the grandson of the deceased native official of Di-wu-la had come to Court and personally requested that their territory be revived and that an office be established to pacify and rule the people. The Emperor approved this and an Imperial command was issued requiring that Da Gu-la return their territory, that a pacification superintendency be established and that Na-lan be appointed as pacification superintendent. In addition, a seal, a gold warrant and an verification tally were conferred upon him.
