The Meng-lian Chief's Office was established. It is requested that the jurisdiction relationship be changed." Subsequently, the chief's office was established under the Yun-nan Regional Military Commission. Dao Pai-song was ordered to take on the post of Chief, and headwear, a belt and a seal were conferred upon him.
