It was ordered that the Ying-guo Duke Zhang Fu, regional commander of Jiao-zhi, and the Qing-yuan Marquis Wang You, regional vice commander, lead the Commissioners -in-chief Zhu Rong, Cai Fu-lin and Tie-mu-er, together with the government troops who were originally sent to Jiao-zhi, in returning to Bei-jing.
