The envoy Pan Bo-si from the country of Annam memorialized that his father Ning had come to Court during the Xuan-de reign (1426-1436), but had died in the Interpreter's Institute. His remains were then sent to the undertakers outside Chao-yang Gate. At this time, he wished to take the remains home. The Emperor ordered the interpreters and the East Wall Warden's Office to seek out the remains and to give them to him.
